Trainer Blue from Pokemon AdventuresYear: 2010
Event(s): Mechacon 2010 | "Aquaricon" 2012 Details: Blue is one of my absolute favorite characters from the Pokemon franchise, so when discussing costume possibilities for Mechacon in 2010 I was quick to suggest a Pokemon Adventures group! It was ridiculously simply made costume; a black turtle neck dress I had bought online and changed the hem of (I might have cut sleeves off of it too, I really can’t remember) and a pair or white gloves from a JROTC uniform, haha. I used my real hair each time I cosplayed her and two different pairs of boots. Nobody ever knew who I was cosplaying, which is kind of a bummer, but I still love Blue so it’s okay!
